POWER TRANSFORMER TANKS

Power transformer tanks are manufactured to ensure mechanical strength, oil tightness, and long service life in high-voltage and high-power applications. High-quality steel materials are used throughout the production process. Welding, surface treatment, and quality control operations are carried out in accordance with international standards. Production can be customized according to project-specific dimensions and technical requirements. Leakage tests, mechanical inspections, and coating control reports are provided for all products. We are capable of manufacturing tanks up to 6000 x 3000 x 3500 mm in size with a maximum tank weight capacity of 20 tons. Our monthly production capacity is 200 tons. Surface treatment, coating, and liquid paint applications suitable for all corrosion classes (C1–CX) are available, with customized color options. Our new manufacturing facility dedicated to high-power transformer tanks is currently under construction. By 2027, we will begin production with the capability to manufacture tanks weighing up to 100 tons.
